International

We do not accept any international orders.

Ice Bear Coolers does not ship any of our products outside of the United States.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover

Your credit card will have an authorization placed on it for the amount of your order at the time your order is placed. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped to you.

For your security when you enter your payment information you will be redirected to a hosted payment form from Authorized.net

We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers. The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic check and credit card processing networks. Shipping

We ship all of our orders via ground shipping and use either FedEx or UPS.

Our shipping charges are based on weight of the product and the destination.

Most orders will take approximately two to three weeks to arrive.

Special orders will take approximately four to six weeks to arrive. Special orders include non-standard colors (including Camouflage) , coolers with embroidery or silk screening or large quantity orders. (All efforts will be made to shorten this time whenever we can)

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase we will accept all unused coolers and will refund the cost of the cooler. We will not refund shipping costs from the original order or the return of the product.

You must call or email us prior to returning any product.

Coolers with embroidery or silk screening cannot be returned. All sales for coolers with either embroidery or silk screening are final.
